Objective:
To build and strengthen the lower body.
How to use:
Sit with your back upright, place your foot on the foot placement platform, and begin extending your legs by pushing till full extension of your leg, and than resist the decent slowly and repeat.

Elliptical machine
Objective:
To strengthen the whole body and a good cardiovascular exercise.
How to use:
Place your feet and hands in their respective places and begin by pushing only leg froward at a time and following by alternating the push from either leg.
